Great news from the Customer Programs Group! At last the
Customer Programs web pages are posted and available for view. You can now search for Service
Bureaus, Commercial Printers and Authorized Training Centers in your area that accept files for the latest versions of Quark products. You can obtain
information about becoming a member of the various Customer Programs, such as QuarlAlliance, ServicePlus, Authorized Training Center, etc.

The Authorized Training Center (ATC) program is currently accepting renewals and new applications. This program is annual, running from September 1,
1998 through August 31, 1999. If you'd like to receive an application, please send an e-mail to
<quarkalliance@quark.com> to request one, and we
will send the application to you by return e-mail.
The Service Bureau / Commercial Printer program will be accepting renewals and applications soon. This program is also annual, and will run from
January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999. The final touches are being added to the benefits package.
